Why Bull Market Could Keep Charging

                                             http://ayurvedadosha.com/wp-content/uploads/wall_bull16.jpg

    * Short-Term Performance: Market historian John Harris identified nine earlier stock market rallies just like this one. Each one lasted over 120 days, with gains between 25% and 35%, and without a 5% dip. The longest lasted 146 days. In almost every case, though, when the streaks finally ended, the bull market didn’t. On average, in fact, stocks went on to rise another 32%.

    * Intermediate-Term Performance: Based on the past six months, we’ve seen five other times in history when the market has enjoyed a similarly strong rally. In all five instances, it continued to rally for another year. And by as much 37%, according to share tips.

    * Long-Term Performance: Although the current bull market surpassed the 700-day mark earlier this month, 11 other bull markets have lasted longer. Much longer. In fact, nine of the 11 prior bull markets lasted for more than 1,300 days. Do the math and it’s possible that we’re only a tad more than halfway through this bull market.

    * Valuation: Despite the impressive run-up, stocks aren’t grossly overvalued. The S&P 500 trades at a price-to-earnings ratio of 15.7. The long-term average is 15.4 since 1930. Stocks aren’t expensive on a price-to-book ratio (P/B), either. They currently trade at a P/B of 2.2 times, compared to a long-term average of 2.44.

    * Presidential Cycles: The S&P 500 has never declined during year three of the presidential cycle. Instead, it rallies by an average of 17%. So with extra emphasis, we’re thankfully in year three of President Obama’s term.

    * “Smart” Money vs. “Dumb” Money: Institutional investors (i.e. the “smart” guys) are all about this bull market. The monthly Bank of America/Merrill Lynch Global Fund Manager survey registered its most bullish reading in its 10-year history last week. However, everyday investors (i.e. the “dumb” guys) still haven’t bought into the bullishness. Only 37% of their assets are currently invested in stocks, compared to a historical average above 50%. If you want a clear sign of a top, wait until the “dumb” money pushes all their chips into stocks.

Stock in Trade

Stockbrokers, even in online stock market trading, are generally certified and skilled authorities whom you can easily employ for you to take full advantage of your capital investing. Notice however that their expertise is not available free of charge. There is nothing ‘on the house' in stock market trading. Basically, brokers get involved in stock market trading for you, making use of their fuller comprehension of the stock market status quo so as to trigger gains that will proceed to your pocket or to some further investment.

The Two Ways To Trade

Basically, there are two methods of stock market trading. The traditional way of trading occurs in an open outcry manner on the stock exchange floor of the stock market. Modern stock trading is conducted via electronic exchanges and all occurrences take place in real time online.

On the stock exchange floor, the stock market trading atmosphere is chaotic and noisy. The stock market is filled with hundreds of people gesturing, shouting and rushing around when the stock market is open. Stock traders are seen chatting on phones, entering data into computer terminals and watching the consoles closely.

With online stock market trading, computer networks are used as opposed to trading off the stock market floor. A large network of computers is employed to match sellers and buyers in the electronic market instead of using human stock brokers. Although this method is not as bustling and exciting as the stock market exchange floor, it is quicker and more effective.

Stock Tips in stock market means where each and every person want to try his/her own luck and want to become rich easily and faster. But this is partially true in stock market, here no one becomes rich easier, but yes they can become rich faster. There should be various strategies set by the trader or investor who is going to enter stock market, because without making strategies first no body ever had won anything. Most of the people who are going to trade in stock market don't know anything about that market, but they just want to trade or invest to check their luck and destiny and some of the others want to earn maximum money out of it as much as they can.

Bull Vs Bear Market

Most people who have been investing in or following the stock market for some time are probably well familiar with the terms bear vs bull market. What does it really mean?A bull market is associated with increasing investor confidence, and increased investing in anticipation of future price increases (capital gains).A  bullish trend in the options trading often begins before the general economy shows clear signs of recovery.Examples India's Bombay Stock Exchange Index, SENSEX, was in a bull market trend for about five years from April 2003 to January 2008 as it increased from 2,900 points to 21,000 points. A notable bull market was in the 1990s and most of the 1980s when the U.S. and many other stock markets rose.

A bear market in a trade 4 target is a general decline in the stock market over a period of time.It is a transition from high investor optimism to widespread investor fear and pessimism. According to The Vanguard Group, "While there’s no agreed-upon definition of a bear market, one generally accepted measure is a price decline of 20% or more over at least a two-month period."It is sometimes referred to as "The Heifer Market" due to the paradox with the above subject.Examples A bear market followed the Wall Street Crash of 1929 and erased 89% (from 386 to 40) of the Dow Jones Industrial Average's market capitalization by July 1932, marking the start of the Great Depression. After regaining nearly 50% of its losses, a longer bear market from 1937 to 1942 occurred in which the market was again cut in half. Another long-term bear market occurred from about 1973 to 1982, encompassing the 1970s energy crisis and the high unemployment of the early 1980s. Yet another bear market occurred between March 2000 and October 2002. The most recent example occurred between October 2007 and March 2009.

Investing in a bear market gives a higher chances of losses because stock prices are continually losing value and the end is not often in sight. Even if you do decide to invest with the hopes of an upturn, you are likely to take a loss before any turnaround occurs. Thus, most of the profitability under bear market conditions will be found in short selling or investing in safer investments such as options trading fixed-income securities. While in bear mode, an investor may also turn to "defensive stocks," whose performances are only minimally affected by changing trends in the market and are therefore stable in both economic gloom and boom. These are industries such as utilities, often owned by the government and are necessities that people buy regardless of the economic condition.

Share Tips For Tomorrow

                                    http://www.qwoter.com/files/investor_tips_652393651.jpg

Share tips for tomorrow are for those traders who want tips before trading hours. Share tips are generally based on the pre-trading circumstances and trend; no one can give exact information about stock market. All share tips which we found on Internet or take from other resources are totally depend on pre-market news, analysis, company trend or other factors.

Intraday trading, on the other hand, refers to a position in a security that is opened and closed in the same trading day. Though it appears to be quite straightforward and remunerative, traders need to be highly alert and agile to the latest developments. Therefore, there are certain intraday tips that must be kept in mind always. For example, it is not obligatory that a stock running weak today at the time of intraday trading might bear the same fate tomorrow as well; similarly, a stock is going strong now might not be the same tomorrow. Another important trading tip is trade in stocks with high liquidity all the time i.e. that feature huge volume since entry and exit can turn out to be very quick in such stock shares.

Any research firm which deals in stock market research not give tips for tomorrow in any condition, because they don't want to give uncertain calls on the basis of pre-market trend. All share market research firms are based on technical and fundamental analysis they are not believe in any rumors. Stock tips for tomorrow, all future predictions in stock market are very risky because little fluctuation in market can give huge loss.

The Bombay Stock Exchange is the oldest exchange in Asia. It traces its history to the 1850s, when 4 Gujarati and 1 Parsi stockbroker would gather under banyan trees in front of Mumbai's Town Hall. The location of these meetings changed many times, as the number of brokers constantly increased. The group eventually moved to Dalal Street in 1874 and in 1875 became an official organization known as 'The Native Share & Stock Brokers Association'. In 1956, the BSE became the first stock exchange to be recognized by the Indian Government under the Securities Contracts Regulation Act.There are also several strategies or stock tips suited to beginners, such as diversification, tracking a market, and value investments.

International share trading

International trade is the exchange of goods and services between countries. This type of trade gives rise to a world economy, in which prices, or supply and demand, affect and are affected by global events. Political change in Asia, for example, could result in an increase in the cost of labor, thereby increasing the manufacturing costs for an American sneaker company based in Malaysia, which would then result in an increase in the price that you have to pay to buy the tennis shoes at your local mall. A decrease in the cost of labor, on the other hand, would result in you having to pay less for your new shoes.

The foreign exchange market might seem to some people very similar to other financial markets. On the surface, the forex exchange has many similarities to the stock exchange. However, there are a number of differences. Below is a breakdown of some of the major differences that might not be obvious to everyone.

International trade allows us to expand our markets for both goods and services that otherwise may not have been available to us. It is the reason why you can pick between a Japanese, German and American car. As a result of international trade or share tips the market contains greater competition and therefore more competitive prices, which bring a cheaper product home to the consumer.

However, if you want the most straightforward exposure to an international market, it is hard to beat an exchange-traded fund (ETF). These are trackers that follow the major stock market indices and sectors across the globe. Since there are over 500 ETFs, we could not list them all, so we have focused on the dozen or so that trade out of London. With one of these, a £12 dealing fee and an annual charge of 0.59 per cent buys you into the whole of the Japanese stock market. I bet your dad could never do that.

Market capitalisation

Market capitalisation (market cap) is the total value of the shares of a company, sector or market.Market caps are also calculated for sectors and stock market in order to compare sizes and as part of the process of calculating indices.

Market capitalization represents the public consensus on the value of a company's equity. An entirely public corporation, including all of its assets, may be freely bought and sold through purchases and sales of stock, which will determine the price of the company's shares. Its market capitalization is the share price multiplied by the number of shares in issue, providing a total value for the company's shares and thus for the company as a whole.

A stock market or equity market or share tips is a public (a loose network of economic transactions, not a physical facility or discrete) entity for the trading of company stock (shares) and derivatives at an agreed price; these are securities listed on a stock exchange as well as those only traded privately.

Market capitalization, or market cap, is simply the measurement of a company’s total value or worth. If a company wants to buy out another company, they are going to be paying the market cap for it.

Many kinds of stocks are traded on stock exchanges. The price, market capitalization, and the stock exchanges where these stocks are traded vary. Penny stocks are stocks with a low value and a low market capitalization. They are subjected to limitations in terms of listing and they have to comply with only a few regulatory standards.

Commodity Futures Trading

Futures training guide shows that the concept in futures trading and stock market is normally the same though a slight difference occurs when it comes to what you are trading in, i.e. the goods. Futures trading is also called commodity trading and is unique from the traditional stock market because in futures trading you possess nothing.
Futures trading involves speculation on the direction which a price of a certain commodity will take and therefore the use of the words like buying and selling shows the direction your future prices’ expectations will look like.  A futures trading beginner is only supposed to deposit enough money with a brokering firm insuring any losses incurred if his trades lose out.
Numerous people have become very wealthy in the commodity markets with the help of Good Commodity Tips. It is one of a few buying into localities where an one-by-one with restricted capital can make exceptional profits in a relatively short period of time. For demonstration, Richard Dennis borrowed $1,600 and turned it into a $200 million fortune in about ten years.

Tips For Commodity Trading

There are lots of people in the world who are very interested in the commodity trading and want to maximize their profit within a short time with the help of best Share Tips and Commodity Tips. But the fact is that there are not many people who know about the commodity trading.. Here is some Commodity Tips for the beginners who haven't any idea about this and know noting how to trade.

First of all, you must have to create an account within a reputed broker registered to NCDEX or MCX. After creating an account you need to choose the commodities like as gold, crud, silver etc. that you are willing to trade in. When you finally select your commodities you have three to six contracts open that will be invalid or expired after the certain period of time. Then you required to set an order to purchase or sell or you can do both at the same time. In the commodity trading there is least trading size so you need to purchase or sell certain size. Every commodity trading is solely margin based and has a specific margin price by the exchanges that must be paid for your trading. Generally, the margin value varies within 5 to 20% and do change by the exchanges periodically. Change happen only when the market becomes excessively speculative.

In the Commodity Tips for trading most of the investors want to sell or buy their contacts at the eleventh hour of the market. They wait and hope that their profit will be maximized significantly by that. That is really bullshit. This happens because of lack of knowledge regarding the trading method in the commodity trading. Before buying or selling your contracts you must have to calculate your profits and its future prospect as well. You should only sell or buy at a convenient time when the calculation favors you.
